QA Specialist needed w/Masters degree or Foreign Equivalent in Chemistry or Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Science and one (1) year experience as QA Specialist or Quality Control Chemist I performing following job duties:
Analyze raw data using Empower software, Tiamo and UV Probe software. Operate and maintain analytical instruments – HPLC, Karl-Fischer titration, PDA, Ohaus, UV-VIS and IR spectrophotometers. Prepare Stability Protocols and Memos for stability samples. Perform Analytical testing on in-process, finished products and Stability samples using modern techniques – HPLC, UV-Vis, KF, PDA, Ohaus according to standard procedures. Test and analyze in-process, raw-material and API, compliance with applicable quality systems and to meet customer service needs. Perform Data Entry and Compilation of Stability Data for APQR submission to FDA. Assign Sample numbers for various Quality Control Samples (In Process samples, Finished Product & Stability Samples) in ILMS & SAP, Update status & Release Date of Samples that are received in SAP. Monitor equipment and instruments for calibration and preventive maintenance.
